Pocket page for your mini-album

Hi Ladies,

I just put up a video on YouTube on how to create your own custom pocket page for your mini album. In the same video, I show you how to use the 7 Gypsies binderie punch and how to apply WeRMemory Keeper XL eyelets to your mini album using the Crop-a-dile.

Here are the measurements I used of the pocket page:
  • 10 1/2 in x 6 1/2 in
  • Score on the longer side at 5in, then on opposite side score at 1/2 inch
  • Score on the shorter side at 1/2 inch
  • Burnish all score lines and trim to make "tabs"
  • Use a 1 3/8 circle punch to create the "dips" in the pocket
  • Use sticky strip or other strong holding adhesive to put the pocket together

hello, I am Danielle and I have been stamping for 12 years. I don't know how to chat with you on this blog because I have never seen one. I have so many questions. I have been out of crafting for about 5 years because I moved to an areas with NO craft stores AT ALL! they don't even know what stamping is here!! So i have just discovered youtube and all the craft videos and it got me crafting again. I love the tim holtz line and I use it alot which is how I found your videos! ok so questions?? first, I too have 3 boys and I need to know how you have time for all this. Wow it takes me hours just to go thru your blog. Which brings me to my next set of questions. I am not crazy so don't worry. I have just never seen all this before. What is a blog exactly? what is an ATC? what is this swap stuff? do you know all these people or is this just your online life? I am so confused as to why you do all these videos? do you do it for fun or do you work for these companies? don't get me wrong, I LOVE THEM!! you are the most talented artistic person i have seen in a long time. I love your techniques! although i don't scrap, I use your techniques in stamping! Please continue, your videos ROCK!! But do explain to me what all these blogs and swaps are for??? how do they work and how do I subscribe? Also, I NEED TO KNOW...what kind of paper is best with tim's distress stuff? I use a lot of inks and water and sprays and paints and my paper NEVER holds up. I need to know brands and some online access to get it as I don't have ANY craft stores near me. thanks and please be patient with me as I learn this new cyber world I have just discovered!!! Danielle
