My project is featuring the new and super adorable Paper Doll Marci (Birthday)! I thought it would be fun to create a "Celebrate" banner for my neice's birthday.

This is a pretty large banner... I had to hang it outside on the fence to capture it in a photo! hehe! ♥

I love all the fabulously fun dies in the new release. I used many of them on this banner.
