A few Copic projects & Stmaped Image Swap

Hi everyone! I didn't have a chance to share some pics of recent Copic projects I worked on before my surgery last week. I am having a BLAST with my Copic markers and all the fun Greeting Farm, CC Designs and "cutesie" stamps I've accumulated in the past several weeks LOL! It's dangerous because there as so many cute stamps out there!!

Oh, and on that note... I'm thinking of hosting a stamped image swap. Is there anyone out there that would be interested in doing something like that? The requirements would be to provide a set of stamped images for each of the swappers using Copic-quality cardstock and Memento Black Tuxedo or Archival Black ink. Not sure how many images, but maybe we can all determine that together. This is new for me, but a great idea I got from a YouTube friend - Natasha. :-) Let me know if you'd be interested by leaving a comment on this post. Thanks!! :-)

Enjoy the pics and thanks for stopping by! Have an awesome Memorial Weekend holiday everyone! :-)

hugs,
Arlene

Here's a card I made for Rose using the Flower Anya. She's so cute, I love this stamp from The Greeting Farm! :-)

This is a hanging image board I made for my pal Rina. She loves pink and the Flower Anya reminds me of her! hehe! I love how it came out and it's a mile away from my normal earth tone colors... glad I braved it and branched out! LOL! :-)

I would love to swap, I saw the other comment asked about Stazon, it does not work with Copics. I have a lot of CUTE butterfly images that are great for coloring!!

What a nuisance! I would have otherwise been able to participate in swap but I do not use the memento ink and I do not color in copics. In fact I like to use watercolor pencils coloring stamped images.

Hey Arlene,

count me in.....
This I can do. I would love to swap images. I am a card maker and absolutely love copics. I have lots of cute stamps I can swap. I use 150 lb Canson manga drawing paper and 65 lb Wausau Bright White Premium Cardstock. They work great for me. I only use memento ink. BTW love your videos. I am glad you are on the mend.

Beautiful cards there Arlene. I'm going to order a few of those adorable images. I have baby Nieces that live in Hawaii and I would love to make them a mini using them. I want to thank you for the info on Jody's blog. I bought my tacky tape. I was all out and it seems that Michael's cant not keep up the demand. I go through a whole roll on one mini and what a great price Jody has on all tacky tapes. So, thank you, thank you. : )

Have a great weekend!
Blessings,
Bobbie Lynn

I think is sounds like a neat idea but you might want to specify certain things. I have received some images in the past that aren't very good quality...all smudged and cut really close, etc. The last one I did the lady specified that the images had to have a certain size border around the image to allow for others to maybe cut using nesties. Also she said if you sent smudged ones you would get those back in your own package. Also she mentioned to send different images not just generic sentiments that most people already have. Hope any of this info. helps. The last one I participated in I think everyone was pleased because of these "rules".
Enjoy your holiday today!

I think that's a great idea - I saw that RAK video you had where someone sent you stamped images for you to colour and I was sooo jealous!
