12x12 Little Darlings Scrapbook layout

Hi everyone! I'm here today with a project for I Am Roses. And what FUN I had with this layout let me tell you! I used so many different and fun products, so let's get at it!

The paper collection that I'm using is Graphic 45's new Little Darlings -- such adorable papers! The background was cut using an oldie but favorite AccuCut die called Matte Circles 11". I did some distress work with the edges of the design paper using my Tim Holtz paper edge distresser.

I added a lot of different layers using the paper collection, including some images I fussy cut. I added some additional layering with white paper doilies sprayed with Creme Brulee Cream Starburst Spray by Lindy Stamp Gang.

The little vintage hanger is used to hang and display the layout on the wall of my office. I added some vintage white hand crinkled seam binding and inserted a little sentiment ("special delivery") from the Little Darlings paper collection...

The flourishes were die-cut using the MFT Fancy Flourish Die-Namics and I added some of the T2 Small flowers from I Am Roses (all I Am Roses product links will be included below.)

The large R40 rose is sprayed up with one of my new Starburst Spray colors that will be part of a set called Nantucket Pearls (coming soon to Lindy Stamp Gang!) The color used on the R40 rose is called Whale Watch Blue. The R21's are sprayed with Sea Grass Green and the R8's are sprayed with Clam Bake Beige. I tucked in some of my new favorite white crochet flowers with pearls, and some white small rose buds. The leaves were punched out using an EK success punch.

I created this little transparent window on the layout, which was super fun! I used 2 pieces of Acrylic from AccuCut and inserted a postage stamp and some T2 Small Flowers between the acrylic pieces. One of the acrylic pieces is stamped using a foam mounted flourish stamp from Michael's and some white StazOn ink. I used the edge of a paper doily around the opening of the "window" then added several of the T2 Small Flowers to embellish. On the corner, I added three R3 roses using the new sprays from the LSG Nantucket Pearls set.

Here's a closer look at the layers, distress, flourishes, and the super fun acrylic "window" with the floating postage stamp...

I created the "SWEET" banner using MFT's Mini Pennants Die-Namics and Graphic 45's alpha stickers from the Tropical Travelogue collection.

I "had" to add the little baby sleeping from the Little Darlings paper collection... it was so fitting with this photo of my son Dylan... He was only 3 weeks old in this photo, so you can only imagine how difficult it was to wake him up for the studio shoot, LOL! The photographer had no choice but to photograph Dylan asleep LOL!! But that's perfectly okay... I think this photo came out totally darling! I love how he has the little smile on his face while he was sleeping --- adorable! ❤

Here is a close-up look at the gorgeous I Am Roses flowers...
