Inspiration Wednesday with La La Land Crafts -- Use Something New!

Hello there my friends and welcome to another Inspiration Wednesday with the La La Land Crafts design team!

This week's theme is:

Use Something New

I created this scrapbook page of my "new" cutie patootie little niece Jaelyn. But I also used some new lace that I just added to my stash. ♥

Here are some photos:

I accented Jaelyn's photo with one of the butterflies from Butterflies Set 1. I die cut 2 butterflies and layered them on top of each other so it looks like the butterfly is flapping its wings. ♥ I curled 3 small banners from the Stitched Elements Set and used some chipboard from my stash to spell "LOVE", which is layered onto the ornate frame from the Stitched Elements set.

I curled the Wrought Iron Fence to give it some dimension and layered the Rolled Roses and Open Leaf Flourish over the fence. You can also see how I alternated lace with the Large Lacy Border to accent Jaelyn's picture. ♥

Inspiration Wednesday with La La Land Crafts -- St. Patrick's Day!

Hello friends and welcome to another Inspiration Wednesday with the La La Land Crafts design team!

This week's theme is:

Good Luck / St. Patrick's Day

I created a simple card using an array of dies available at the La La Land Crafts Store.

I layered and popped up 3 of the circles from the Stitched Nested Circles die set and inserted a doily from my stash peeking out from behind. I then created a 2-layer butterfly cut out using the Butterflies Set 1 Die and popped up the wings a bit to give it some dimension. I lined the card on the left with the beautiful Large Lacy Border die. ♥ Here's some pics...

I love the Rolled Roses Small and Medium die.  For foliage under the roses, I added the "head" of the Palm Tree die and the Cherry Blossom branch.

Inspiration Wednesday with La La Land Craft -- 3 Types of Embellishments!

Hi friends!

Arlene here with my first Inspiration Wednesday post with the La La Land Crafts design team! I'm saying good bye for now to Friday's and hello to Wednesday's!

This week's theme is:

3 Types of Embellishments

I created this step card using some of the amazing dies available at the LLLC shop. My 3 embellishments: Twine, Pearls and chipboard!

I curved the Wrought Iron Fence die to give it some dimension, and accents with pearls and flowers.

These cherry blossoms were hand-made using the Cherry Blossom Flower die.

I love the Heart Fan die, it makes a perfect accent! I also added some feathers cut out in vellum using the Feathers die. The leaves were created using the Pretty Poinsettia die and Berry Flourish die...

Special Projects for My Favorite Things!

Hello there! 

Today I have some special projects to share with you. I created these samples for the My Favorite Things store and was thrilled that Kim asked me to do this! ♥ I love working with MFT products and as a former designer for MFT, I can attest to the quality products and service MFT has to offer! ♥
