Hey everyone! Today I have a Graphic 45 project to share with you that is near and dear to my heart.... because it is a project I created for my Mom to remember her birthday this year.
I created this altered Graphic 45 8x8 Matchbook Box Scrapbook Page using Graphic 45's Bird Song paper collection. This collection is awe inspiring and its vintage-Asian theme is just stunning!
My project will be featured on the Graphic 45 blog in its full glory (hehe!) with product details, so be sure to stop on by and visit me over there!
First, here are some sneak peaks of my altered Matchbook Box...
I love working with the Bird Song papers... and my new favorite, these Matchbook boxes! If you love to alter like me, you can seriously go-to-town with these babies!
Hey everyone and welcome to another I Am Roses challenge! This month, I Am Roses has a sketch challenge up and this was a FUN sketch to create and play with!
Here's the sketch:
Here's what I came up with...
This is me and hubby before we were married... I can't believe how YOUNG we look! 12 years does A LOT to a person! LOL!

Hello there everyone! I have another project to share with you today. For today's project, I thought about some of the "new" scrapbookers out there who have often wanted to take the plunge to create a scrapbook page, but never have. Many get intimidated by the "space" and "empty slate" when they look at a piece of paper. I really wanted to help provide that little "push"and share how you can create a beautiful, simple layout with a little bit of inspiration and help from Graphic 45. Graphic 45 takes a lot of thinking out of creating by providing such FUN and inspiring products to coordinate nicely with their paper collections. For this project, I used the Nutcracker Sweet papers, complimented by the coordinating chipboard tags and metal Staples.
Here are a few sneak peaks of my project:

Hey there bloggers! It's Arlene here with another fun Graphic 45 project to share with you.
I was one of the many G45 fans that was patiently waiting for an Asian themed vintage collection to come out and when Bird Song was released, I was just in heaven! The papers really capture Asian beauty and serenity.
A few months ago, I snapped a few photos of my son Logan eating Udon noodles at our favorite local Japense restautant. I thought it was just adorable how he was "hanging" the noodles up in the air and trying to aim the noodles into his mouth below. LOL! Too adorable! I thought these pictures went perfectly with the Bird Song papers. I altered a Kaisercraft "Off the page" photo tray and went to town with the Graphic 45 Bird Song paper collection and metal Staples.
Here are a few sneak peeks of this project below. For full photos and project details, meet me over at the Graphic 45 blog!
Thanks for stopping by today and have yourself and AMAZING weekend!

Yep, it's that time of year again when I grow another year older (another year wiser? hmm, maybe! LOL!) Anyhow, I'm really excited to be sharing a festive project with you today! Since my birthday falls around the Halloween season, my birthday celebration always consists of candies and sweets. Who am I to complain? hehe! For my project today, I'll be sharing an altered Halloween treat box that I created using Graphic 45's Happy Haunting collection and the *new* Staples Small Matchbook Box.
The project, along with a detailed tutorial and video, is featured over at the Graphic 45 blog, so be sure to head on over there for all the birthday festivities!

For my project, I created this fun altered Witch's Hat. I challenged myself NOT to use any design paper and to make the project black and gothic. :-) Well, I caved a little because I used a mini note card with sentiment from Graphic 45's Happy Haunting paper collection... but, I "think" I achieved the black and gothic look with this hat. hehe! First, here are some pictures...
For a fun little share, my 8-yr old son Dylan thought it would be hilarious to try on the altered witch's hat... and he gave me a little "wicked" smile while he was at it... check him out!! LOL!
Here's a video tutorial "beginning to end" showing how I created this altered witch's hat:

Hi everyone and happy Wednesday! I have a fun project to share with you today and it comes with contribution to a GREAT cause!
As you may know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and over at Craft-e-Corner, the celebration is under way with the "Craft Pink" event! In support of breast cancer awareness, Craft-e-Corner will be donating a portion of all sales proceeds to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Won't you join us and contribute to this amazing cause?
To support this event, members of several design teams, including the Graphic 45designers, were invited to participate by creating a "pink" project. I used Graphic 45's A Ladies' Diary collection and a Kraft Altered Art Box. Details of my project will be featured over at the Craft-e-Corner blog in detail, so be sure to hop on over... we'd LOVE your support!
Here are a couple of sneak peeks of my project:
I also have a video sharing how I created this fun little altered box and mini album:
Be sure to stop by the Craft-e-Corner blog for details about the "Craft Pink" event and we hope you follow along for all the inspiring PINK projects that will be featured all month over at Craft-e-corner!
