La La Land Crafts Inspiration Friday -- Anything but Christmas!

Welcome to another Inspiration Friday with the La La Land Crafts design team!

This week's theme is "Anything but Christmas!"

I created this mini-layout (6x6 to be exact!) using an array of fun dies from La La Land Crafts. This photo of me was taken following my wedding ceremony in a sunken garden behind Memorial Church at Stanford University.

Create your own flowers using LLLC's Rolled Roses dies and Cherry Blossom Flower dies. Links available below.

Projects for The Piece by Piece!

Hello my friends and thank you for stopping by my blog today!

I have a few fun projects to share that I created for The Piece by Piece! I'm also including a video walk through of these projects for an up close look. ♥

First up is a card I created featuring goodies from Beverly's store and the fabulous Fall collection by Graphic 45... An Eerie Tale (available at Bev's store!)

I love, love, LOVE the resin flowers that Bev carries in her store. They are super gorgeous and the color palette goes perfectly with Graphic 45 and Prima!

Next up is this layout I created of my favorite picture from our wedding. This was taken right outside of Memorial Church on the Stanford University Campus. I was only 16 years old when I first saw Memorial church and the Stanford campus and I told my parents... "one day, I WILL get married here!" ... and so I did, 10 years later. ♥

Here are the gorgeous resin flowers again! ♥ And isn't the lace just luscious?! Be sure to visit Bev's store to see her fabulous collection of laces and embellishments!

Here is my YouTube video, walking you through each project in detail...

I hope you enjoyed these projects as much as I had fun making them!

If you are ever in the Fremont, California area be sure to stop by Beverly's Store! Here's the address:

A 49er Scrapbook Page featuring Graphic 45's Good Ol' Sport

We are wrapping a month full of projects and inspiration in celebration of National Craft Month over at the Graphic 45 blog. And today, I'll be sharing a fun family scrapbook page I created using the ever-so-fun Good Ol' Sport paper collection.

My family and I have lived in the Bay Area all our lives. As Bay Area natives, we have always followed the San Francisco 49ers. But my husband and eldest son Jarrod, are hard-core 49er fans. After 43 years, Candlestick Park in San Francisco is shutting its doors and the Niners are moving to a new home in Levi Stadium in Santa Clara. Since this was the last year the Niners would be playing at "The Stick", I decided to surprise my family with tickets to see one of the last games in person. Boy did we have FUN! ♥

To commemorate this special day, I created this scrapbook page. I even incorporated a "pocket" to hold the ticket stubs from the game - the perfect keepsake!

Be sure to check out the Graphic 45 blog today for more pictures of this project and inspiration from the other designers! Here are some pics...

Thanks for stopping by to check out my latest project! I will back again later this week with an Easter project and tutorial, so be sure to check back! ♥

Scrapbook Pages & a card featuring Prima's Something Blue

Hi friends! ♥

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. It flew by so fast! I can't believe it's already back to the grind we go!

But, before we jump into the week, I want to share my latest projects for Discount Paper Crafts! I had the pleasure of working with Prima's "Something Blue" collection for my projects this month. I decided to create a couple of layouts and a wedding card.

This collection is so beautiful and I love all the complimentary accessories that Cathie carries on her store... especially the flowers, yummy!! ♥

First up is this scrapbook page I created of my niece Cadence. She is SO precious and cute, the paper collection was perfect to scrap this adorable photo of her...

Next up is this scrapbook page I created of our "first toast" at our wedding. The paper collection is perfect for scrapping wedding photos and creating wedding themed projects, but it is so versatile for much more!

For my last project, I created a wedding card. Here are a few photos...

Thank you ever so much for joining me on my blog today! ♥

Be sure to check out Cathie's store for the latest in Prima and other top named brands like Graphic 45, Petaloo, FabScraps, Blue Fern Studios, Tim Holtz and MORE!

Enjoy your week! ♥

xoxo,
